Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests

Send your cancellation request email to rongqiyun2026@outlook.com with your full name, unique order number and the email address used during checkout for your table goods order.

Cancellation Before Processing

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered production processing, packing fulfilment or international dispatch. However, successful cancellation cannot be fully guaranteed once our production schedule has been arranged for bulk table furniture.

Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

Once an order of tables has entered production, finished packing or been transferred to the international freight carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

If order cancellation is no longer available, the customer may submit a return application after goods delivery, which will be governed strictly by our Refund and Returns Policy for furniture products.

Address or Product Changes

Requests to change delivery address, table model, size, material, color or order quantity must be submitted to our sales team promptly after payment.

We cannot guarantee that requested product or address adjustments can be completed before shipment, especially for mass wholesale table orders. Customers are fully responsible for double-checking all order details before completing payment.

Cancellation by Our Company

We reserve the right to cancel any furniture order under the following circumstances:

• The ordered table product is out of stock or raw materials are unavailable
• Customer payment cannot be authorised or fully verified
• The order transaction appears fraudulent or carries unusually high financial risk
• The provided delivery address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported for cross-border logistics
• Website pricing or table product specification information contains obvious listing errors
• The order may violate international sanctions, export control regulations or local trade restrictions
• Promotional discount codes or wholesale offers have been misused by the customer
• The customer has engaged in abusive, harassing or unlawful conduct towards our team

If we cancel any fully paid furniture order, a full applicable refund will be issued back to the customer’s original payment method automatically.
