Return Request Process

Before returning any table furniture product, send an email to rongqiyun2026@outlook.com and wait for official return approval and detailed shipping instructions from our customer service team.

Return Eligibility Standard for Tables

To qualify for a full return, the table product must meet all below requirements:

• Unused, unassembled, no scratch, stain or wear marks on tabletop, legs and frames
• Remain in original factory complete condition without self-modification or disassembly damage
• Include all original factory cartons, foam protection, assembly hardware and user manuals
• Free from oil stains, water damage, paint scratches, impact dents or signs of long-term usage
• Be accompanied by valid order invoice or order number as proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Table Products

• Products clearly marked as final sale, clearance batch or sample special offer
• Custom-sized, personalised modified tables with custom material/color requirements
• Tables with obvious artificial damage, self-modification, improper assembly breakage
• Goods returned without prior written return authorisation from our support team
• Consumable supporting accessories sold separately

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Table Deliveries

Contact us promptly within 7 days after receiving goods if your table order arrives damaged, defective, wrong model or wrong specification. Include your full order number and clear photos or video materials showing:

• The complete whole table furniture set
• Detailed close-up of broken, deformed, cracked or defective positions
• Product specification label, model mark and material tag
• Original outer wooden carton, foam packaging and shockproof packing materials
• Original international shipping label attached on outer package

After reviewing your evidence materials, we may provide solutions including free replacement parts, partial compensation refund, full product refund or other reasonable resolutions for bulk table orders.

Return Shipping Costs Responsibility

For returns caused by customer change-of-mind, wrong table size/model selection or personal ordering errors, the buyer shall bear all international return shipping fees, customs clearance fees and freight insurance costs.

If we confirm the table goods are factory defective, shipping damaged or wrong item delivered by our mistake, we will take charge of proper return, re-delivery or full refund solutions without extra customer freight cost.

Return Address Important Notice

Do NOT ship returned table products to our office address or the destination address printed on original delivery parcel, unless our customer service staff specifically notify you with official written return warehouse address by email. All approved formal return warehouse address and operation guidelines will be sent to your registered mailbox after return application passes review.

Refund Processing Time

Our warehouse team will inspect returned table furniture after goods arrival. If your return application is fully approved, the corresponding refund will be issued back to your original payment channel within 5–10 business working days.

Additional delay may exist due to independent processing cycle of your bank, cross-border payment provider or financial institution before the refund amount arrives in your personal account.

Original Shipping Charges Regulation

Original international shipping fees paid during order checkout are generally non-refundable, except two situations: order cancelled before factory shipment, or full refund caused by our company’s product/delivery error.

Product Exchanges

Direct one-click exchange service for large furniture tables may not always be supported due to international logistics limits. When exchange service is unavailable, customers can return eligible qualified tables and submit a brand new order for needed table model.
